PRAISE GOD!

The cast is almost set and rehearsals for the 2008-2009 Season Opener, Ten Little Lost Tribes is in reheasal. Ten Little Lost Tribes is another installment of the ongoing Bible Investigator Series. In this go around, Lamed Emes, played by Wayne #2, will be retained by Josephine Etsam, yet to be cast. Poor Josephine is having trouble understanding biblical prophecy and wants our daring detective to shed some light on her dilemna. Of course, understanding biblical prophecy could take years of serious study, but Lamed Emes, B.I., still has a few tricks up his sleeve to help out a layperson like Josephine.

In the course of his investigation, Lamed and Josephine will first encounter Isaiah, played by Wayne #1, again stretched beyond his comfort zone. We're presenting Isaiah in the period of his career when God called on him to prophecy in the nude for three years. Of course, Drama Drash will handle the situation with dignity and some well placed foliage! The B.I.'s search takes him next to the patriarch, Jacob, played by Al, who is about to bless Joseph's sons, Manasseh, played by Justin and Ephriam by Taylor. This interaction will set up the reasons of why and how the nation of Israel gets split up--hense the title of our play, "Ten Little Lost Tribes."

Lamed Emes and Josephine Etsam will also interview Samuel and Ahijah, played by Danny, Rehoboam played by Daniel, Solomon played by Pastor Mike, Saul played by Justin, Jehoboam son of Nebat by Wayne #1, the wife of Jeroboam by Emily, and Ezekiel by Al. Judging by the first couple of rehearsals, the show is going to be a great one.

So far, we don't have an agreed upon venue for the show. That's always the hardest part of any show. The doors of our old friends, of course, are always open, but we'd like to make new friends and reach new audiences. Please join us in prayer for this production to touch lives and give glory to the Father and His Messiah! Amen, amen.
