Drama Drash opens the Spring 2008 season with a command performance of The Mating Game. The Mating Game, based on the popular 60's classic game show, The Dating Game, takes a look at one Christian's dilemma--choosing an eternal partner from among Satan, The World, or Jesus Christ. As Slim reminds us, we can only serve one master, after all . . . The Drama Drash ministers will appear live on February 24th, during the 11AM worship service at Immanuel Baptist Church in Lawton, Oklahoma. Of course, guests are always welcome at this cozy and friendly church, shepherded by interim pastor, Steve Mallow. Drama Drash welcomes a new minister, Dee, who will take over the role of Slim Merengue. Wayne #1, Daniel, Justin, and Natalie will all be back to reprise their roles. Immanuel Baptist Church is located at 1314 SW 11th Street, across the street from Goodwill Villiage. We hope to see you all there! In April, Drama Drash will appear at St. Paul's Methodist Church in Lawton, performing a dramatized Passover entitled, Do This in Memory of Me. Jesus's last Passover with His disciples will be reenacted to compare with the traditional Passover seder. Men are stil needed to fill out this cast. No lines or blocking to learn. All you have to do is recline, eat, and wear a dress. (tunic :-) If you are interested in being a part of this exciting event, call or email Shirley: This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it or (580) 704-1983.
